Today I am baking a pecan coconut cream cake with cream cheese frosting for my beloved. I will decorate the top with pecan halves and shredded coconut. I know it will taste amazing!

Me too! Funny Amy didn't say anything about all the cakes made for her...I'll have to show you the pics sometime.
Wow! I am going to have to get some lessons from you on how to make special cakes. That seems right up my alley!
